Manager account registration data (name, email, hashed password) and operational data from the Google Business Profile accounts they connect to the Platform (client name, metrics, reviews, alerts).

Data is used exclusively to operate the Platform's features: displaying the management dashboard, generating alerts, authenticating access, and enabling content publishing on connected accounts.

We do not sell user or connected-account data to third parties.

When you connect an account, MyXet stores the data needed to display the management dashboard on your behalf. Access to this data is isolated per manager — one user never sees another manager's accounts on the Platform.

Data may be shared with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform (hosting, database), under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Passwords are stored with cryptographic hashing. Access to each manager's data is segregated at the database query level, not just hidden in the interface.

Data is kept while the account is active. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time via the contact below.

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

This Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
