Privacy Policy

Manager account registration data (name, email, hashed password) and operational data from the Google Business Profile accounts they connect to the Platform (client name, metrics, reviews, alerts).

Visitors who arrive through a partner link (URL with ?ref=) receive a 60-day cookie holding only the partner code, used to record the referral.

Data is used exclusively to operate the Platform's features: displaying the management dashboard, generating alerts, authenticating access, and enabling content publishing on connected accounts.

We do not sell user or connected-account data to third parties.

When you connect an account, MyXet stores the data needed to display the management dashboard on your behalf. Access to this data is isolated per manager — one user never sees another manager's accounts on the Platform.

When a manager links a client's Google Ads or Meta Ads account, MyXet reads performance metrics from that account in read-only mode: spend, impressions, clicks and conversions, by day and by campaign. This data is used only to display the paid traffic dashboard and to cross-reference spend with the actions generated on the same client's Google profile.

When the manager requests it on screen, MyXet also creates campaigns (always paused, for review) and turns existing campaigns on or pauses them. It does not access payment data and does not use this data for its own advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Access can be revoked at any time by the account holder in Google or Meta security settings, or by removing the connection in the dashboard.

If the manager installs MyXet's visit script on a client's website, MyXet records visits and button clicks (WhatsApp, phone, form) on that site: page, traffic source and duration. It does not store IP addresses or use cookies: each visitor appears only as an anonymous code (a cryptographic digest from which the IP cannot be recovered) and a session number that disappears when the tab is closed.

MyXet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Data obtained from Google APIs is not sold, not used for advertising, and not read by humans except with the user's consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or when aggregated and anonymized for internal operations of the Platform.

Data may be shared with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the Platform (hosting, database), under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Passwords are stored with cryptographic hashing. Access to each manager's data is segregated at the database query level, not just hidden in the interface.

Data is kept while the account is active; website visit records are kept for at most 400 days. To delete your account and all associated data (including data received from Google and Meta), email contact@myxet.com with the subject "Delete my data" from your registered email. Deletion is completed within 7 days and confirmed by email. To cut access immediately, remove the connection in the dashboard or revoke MyXet's access in your Google or Facebook settings.

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

This Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
