Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the MyXet platform ("MyXet", "we", "the Platform"), available at myxet.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. Description of service

MyXet is a multi-client management platform for traffic managers, agencies, and consultancies that administer Google Business Profile accounts on behalf of third parties. The Platform centralizes overview, alerts, and monitoring for every account connected by each user.

2. Account registration and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You represent that you hold valid authorization from each client whose Google Business Profile you connect to the Platform. MyXet does not verify or mediate that authorization — responsibility rests entirely with the user making the connection.

3. Third-party account data

By connecting a Google Business Profile account, you authorize MyXet to access and display, within the Platform, the data from that account needed to power the features offered (overview, alerts, reputation, publishing).

MyXet does not claim ownership over connected account data — it belongs to the respective end client and remains under the control of the original Google account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to access accounts without authorization, to distribute misleading content on behalf of third parties, or to attempt to bypass technical or security limits of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The MyXet brand, the Platform's design, and the software behind it are owned by MyXet. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to the user.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyXet is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, changes to third-party APIs (including the Google Business Profile API), or decisions made based on the displayed data.

7. Suspension and termination

MyXet may suspend or terminate access to an account in case of violation of these Terms, proven misuse, or security risk. Users may close their account at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Platform before taking effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where MyXet operates, including Brazil's LGPD.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@myxet.com.
